Reasonable prices, comfortable rooms, 40mins to Etosha. Decent meal in restaurant, included breakfast. Pleasant stop on way to Etosha. Good location near Galton gate.

Clean and beautifully decorated rooms, convenient location for visiting Etosha, fun monkey sightings, good hiking trail for bird watching, helpful and supportive staff.

My stay at Kaoko Bush Lodge was truly unforgettable. The location was incredibly peaceful, offering a much-needed oasis of quietness. The staff provided excellent service and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The highlight was the special New Year's Eve dinner, prepared by the host, which was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere and setting of the restaurant were also remarkable. Additionally, the breakfast, especially the freshly baked bread, was basic yet satisfying. The lodge itself had a quirky charm and the beautiful surroundings added to its appeal.

One small downside was that the rooms/lodges only had fans, but even in summer, the temperature cooled down at night, so it wasn't a real issue. Another minor inconvenience was that we forgot to close the windows at night, resulting in feeling cold during the night due to the drop in temperature.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, hot showers, great breakfast. Peaceful location outside of town. Manager making upgrades. Would return if in the area.
